    • Items must include all original packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories or documents.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom or personalized items.
    • Items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale.”
    • Items damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer.

2. Refund Policy

After receiving your returned item, we will evaluate its condition and notify you of the status of your refund:

  • Inspection Process: Returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Approval Notification: If your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • Items returned in a condition not meeting the eligibility criteria may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility:
    • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund total.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately:

  • Notification Period: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of Damage: Provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging for verification.
  • Resolution Options:
    • Replacement of the damaged item.
    • Full refund, including shipping costs, if a replacement is not available.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the RMA number and proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method to return the item to the address provided.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

8. Additional Policies

  • Lost or Missing Items: If your return shipment is lost, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Opal Shinee is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
